At Hybrid Performance, our Small Group Personal Training was designed to give you an affordable, results-driven way to build strength, muscle, and high-level performance — without compromising on coaching quality.
While our Team Training sessions focus more on fat loss and conditioning, Small Group PT is all about progressive strength training, lifting with purpose, and moving with power. Each group is capped between 6–14 members, so you get the energy of a team with the attention of a coach. Every month we deliver a structured program that’s fully adaptable to each individual, ensuring your training is effective, safe, challenging — and never boring.
To create real, lasting transformation, we combine smart strength training with metabolic conditioning, plus coaching around nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits.
